Terms & Conditions

The Users expressly understand, acknowledge and agree to the following set forth herein below:

  1. You must be 18 years of age or older to register, use the Services, or visit or use the Website in any manner. By registering, visiting and using the Website or accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant to SiCureMi Healthcare that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Website and the Services available through the Website, and agree to and abide by this Agreement.
  2. User can book appointment with a qualified medical practitioner registered with Medical Council of India (“Physician”) available on SiCureMi Healthcare Platform and discuss their health-related issues, opinion on the diagnostic reports, obtain e-prescription for their medical needs and avail other healthcare services. E-Consultation can be provided by teleconsultation, video conferencing or otherwise in other media that SiCureMi Healthcare may at its sole discretion provide the options to the User based on the availability of the Physicians. 
  3. If a User provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or SiCureMi Healthcare as reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, SiCureMi Healthcare  has the right to discontinue the Services to the User at its sole discretion.
  4. It is your responsibility to keep your correct mobile number and email ID updated in the Health Portal. The records will be stored to the account associated with this mobile number and/or email ID. Every time you change any contact information (mobile or email), we will send a confirmationSiCureMi Healthcare is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused due to your not updating your contact details for the Health Portal.
  5. In case any prescription is being provided to User by the Practitioner, the same is being provided basis the online consultation, however it may vary when examined in person, hence, in no event shall the prescription provided by Practitioners be relied upon as a final and conclusive solution.
  6. The User agrees that by using Consult, the Practitioners on Consult will not be conducting physical examination of the Users, hence, they may not have or be able to derive important information that is usually obtained through a physical examination. User acknowledges and agrees that the User is aware of this limitation and agrees to assume the complete risk of this limitation.
  7. The User understands that the advice provided by the Practitioner is based on general medical conditions and practices prevalent in India, to the best of his knowledge and ability, and not for conditions which are territory specific for regions other than India, irrespective of where the User is procuring medical services or engaging in communication with the Practitioner.
  8. During the consultation and thereafter, the Practitioner may mail the prescription/health records of the User on the company mail .
  9. You will maintain and ensure that your Patient Information (Personal and Health), is current and correct at the time of consultation.
  10. SiCureMi Healthcare assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect User’s equipment on account of User’s access to, use of, or browsing the Website or the downloading of any material, data, text, images, video content, or audio content from the Website. If a User is dissatisfied with the Website, User’s sole remedy is to discontinue using the Website.
  11. If Practitioner responds to the User’s query, the system could trigger communications to the User, in the form of notification/text/email/others. The User further understands that SiCureMi Healthcare may send such communications like text messages/email/calls before and/or after Practitioner’s consultation (physical or online) to User’s mobile number, based on the Practitioner’s settings (through the Website). However, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement,SiCureMi Healthcare does not take responsibility for timeliness of such communications.
  12. The User hereby agrees to SiCureMi Healthcaremedical team carrying out an audit of his/her consultations on the Consult platform for the purpose of improving treatment quality, user experience, and other related processes. The User acknowledges that the subject matter of audit may include texts, messages, photographs, reports, audio or video recordings or any other material exchanged between the User and the Practitioner which could inter alia include User's personal information, including sensitive personal information. This personal information will be processed in accordance with Privacy Policy.
  13. User shall refrain from raising any personal queries or advice on the Consult platform which are not related to a specific disease / medicine.
  14. Users shall not use abusive language on the Consult platform. In the event of an abuse from the User is reported by a Practitioner,SiCureMi Healthcare reserves the right to block such Users from the Consult platform.
  15. Users may share images or videos of the affected areas of their body parts with the Practitioner only if it is absolutely necessary for diagnosing his/her condition and if he/she is personally comfortable in sharing such images or videos. SiCureMi Healthcare shall not be responsible for any such images or videos shared by the Users with the Practitioners.
  16. Users shall ensure that any interaction/communication with the Practitioners, including sharing images or videos of the body parts, shall be only through the Consult platform. The Users shall not rely on any other external modes of communication for interacting/communicating with the Practitioners.
  17. Users shall be prepared to share all relevant documents or reports to the Practitioner promptly upon request.
  18. If User decides to engage with a Practitioner to procure medical services or engages in communication, exchange of money for services outside of Consult platform, User shall do so at their own risk. SiCureMi Healthcare shall not be responsible for any breach of Service or Service deficiency by any Practitioner.
  19. The session should not be more than of 30mins. So discuss your query within the limited time period.
  20. If connection is lost from your end you may join the same link with same or another number , but no extra time should be given by us. 
  21. You are advised not to use the SiCureMi Healthcare online consultation services in case of any medical emergencies like accidents, bleeding injuries, burns, sexual abuse/assault, medicolegal cases or if You are in a critical condition.
  22. You are not entitled to make refund requests against delays, nature of advice obtained, efficacy of treatment prescribed or health outcomes pursuant to availing consultancy. 
  23. The Services are not intended to be a substitute for getting in touch with emergency healthcare. If you are an End-User facing a medical emergency (either on your or a another person’s behalf), please contact an ambulance service or hospital directly.
  24. If a User has any questions concerning SiCureMi Healthcare , the Website, this Agreement, the Services, or anything related to any of the foregoing, SiCureMi Healthcare customer support can be reached at the following email address: or via the contact information available on the website –www.sicuremi.com.
  25. From time-to-time the SiCureMi Healthcare Platform requests information from its Users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys, contests or referrals programs is completely voluntary and you have a choice whether or not to disclose any information requested. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and delivery address), and demographic information (such as postcode, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the functionality of the site. The terms and conditions for each survey and contest may differ or otherwise amended and cancelled at the sole discretion of SiCureMi Healthcare.
  26. The SiCureMi Healthcare Feedback Collection System will ask the Users about their consultation experience, Product experience. The information collected would primarily be categorized as below:
    • Doctor recommendation – whether the patient would recommend the doctor to his/her friends and family
    • Doctor Feedback – Patient’s testimonial about appointment experience with the Doctor.
